Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or size are normal and not considered defects.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized toys
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery (if accepted)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@achachaowan.com to arrange the exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
